Organisation

MN is managed by a Board of Directors, which is supervised by a Supervisory Board and supported by several corporate functions. The business is organised into two functional business units: Fiduciary Management and Pension Administration. MN UK forms a third business unit and reports directly to the Board of Directors with a second reporting line to the management team of the Fiduciary Management business unit.
